Francois van Coke can send you a short personalised video or a version of one of his songs to you for a special occasion. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
What to do:
When you have paid online email the following information to francois@francoisvancoke.co.za
- Email confirmation of order or order number.
- What’s the occasion (Example Birthday, Wedding, etc.)
- Date: (when you need the video)
- Who is the video for? (Persons full name)
- Who is it from? (Your full name)
- Your message.
Video will be emailed to you.
* Please note no videos related to marketing of businesses or products will be done. Francois has the right to deny any video that he feels is not suitable.
Shipping + Returns
Orders will be shipped within 48h.
You will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, please keep the item in its original state. You will be responsible for the shipping back of the product along with the new shipping fee to return the new size.
